These terms
These terms apply to purchases made through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. We may update them, and the version in force for your order is the one published when your order is placed.
Who may order
You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence.
Our pieces are one of a kind
A large part of our inventory is unique — when a piece sells, it is gone. We therefore accept orders subject to availability, and if a piece becomes unavailable after you order it we will contact you and refund you in full.
Prices and descriptions
Prices are in US dollars and are those shown at checkout. We take care with descriptions, photographs and measurements, but stones and metals vary and screens differ; a photograph is a representation, not a specification.
Applicable tax
Applicable sales or gross receipts tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer. A contract is formed when we confirm your order has shipped or is ready for collection, not when payment is authorized.
Custom and special orders
Custom and special-order pieces are made or ordered for you specifically and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any legal dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Bernalillo County, New Mexico, with New Mexico laws governing.

What this covers
This policy explains what we collect when you visit this website, buy from us, or book an appointment, and what we do with it. It does not cover what happens when you walk into the shop.
What we collect
• When you place an order: your name, email address, billing and delivery address, phone number, and what you bought.
• When you pay: nothing. Your card details go directly to our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number.
• When you browse: your IP address and basic information about how the site was used.
• When you book an appointment: your name, email address and the time you chose.
• If you ask for our emails: your email address, until you tell us to stop.
What we do with it
We use your information to take and fulfill your order, deliver it, take payment, handle returns, repairs and
resizing, answer you when you get in touch, and meet our tax and accounting obligations. We use what we learn about how the site is used to make the site better. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it so that anyone else can advertise to you.
Marketing email
We only send marketing email if you ask for it. The box at checkout is unticked, and you can buy from us without ticking it. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also just email us and we will take you off the list.
Order confirmations, delivery updates, and replies to your questions are not marketing. We send those because you bought something, and they are not affected by your marketing choice.
Who else sees your information
Only the companies that make the shop work, and each of them only gets what it needs:
• Our e-commerce and point-of-sale platform: your order and contact details, because it runs the shop and the till.
• Our payment processor: your payment details, directly from you. We never see the card number.
• Our delivery carriers: name, address and phone, to deliver your order.
• Our email provider: your email address, if you asked for our emails.
• Our scheduling provider: name, email and appointment time, only if you book an appointment.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as our tax and accounting obligations require. If you asked for our emails, we keep your address until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, and unsubscribe at any time. Email oohaahabq@gmail.com or call 505 265 7170.
Children
Our shop is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information about them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with the date it takes effect.
