Orders are processed once payment is authorized and verified, and typically ship within 2 business days.

Insurance and signature

Shipments are insured, and insured items require a signature: they cannot be left at the door.

Returns and exchanges

• Online purchases: exchange within 7 days of receipt, with prior authorisation. Contact us before sending

anything back.

• In-store purchases: 30 days, if the piece shows no wear.

• Pieces must be in original condition and packaging, with everything that came with them.

Final sale: no return or exchange

Return shipping and refunds

The customer pays return shipping. Authorized returns must be sent fully insured with delivery confirmation, by

FedEx or UPS overnight or 2-day, or USPS Express. Approved refunds are the purchase price less a 10% restocking

fee; original shipping is not refunded. Refunds are processed within two business days after approval.

If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered

any legal rights you may have if an item is faulty or not as described.
